The Dr. King House stands on the southwestern corner of Main (State Route 95) and Second Street in Fredericktown, Ohio. Built in 1830, it is one of the oldest surviving homes in the area and a notable example of early 19th-century architecture.

 

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the house is recognized for its historical and architectural significance, showcasing elements of Greek Revival style that were popular in Ohio at the time. Over the years, it has served various roles in the community, standing as a quiet witness to the town's growth and change.
